Terms & Conditions
Scheduling and Deposits
A deposit is required to secure all service appointments. The minimum deposit amount is typically $50, though higher deposits may be required depending on the service.
Deposits are refundable only if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
If a client cancels within 48 hours and later requests to reschedule, full payment may be required in advance to secure a new appointment.
If repeated cancellations occur, future service requests may be declined at our discretion.
Weather-related cancellations may be rescheduled without penalty. Refunds due to weather will be considered only when rescheduling is not possible.
Same-Day Appointments
Same-day service requests may be accepted based on availability and are subject to an additional $50 same-day scheduling fee.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of services or prior to vehicle release.
Failure to submit payment upon completion may result in delayed vehicle release or additional fees. Accepted payment methods will be provided at the time of booking or invoicing.
Travel Fees
Services performed beyond a 30-minute travel radius may be subject to a travel fee beginning at $20. Additional travel charges may apply depending on distance and location.
Vehicle Access and Preparation
Clients are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service.
If personal items remain in the vehicle, services will be performed around those items when possible. Excessive clutter, trash, or hazardous materials may result in additional charges.
Bulk trash removal or excessive debris may incur additional fees based on the time and effort required.
Vehicles must be accessible at the scheduled service time. Delays in vehicle access may result in rescheduling or cancellation.
Mobile Service Requirements
A safe working environment must be provided at the service location.
We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule services if working conditions are deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
Pre- Existing Damage
Vehicle condition may be documented through photos before, during, and after service.
SS Autowerks is not responsible for pre-existing damage including but not limited to:
• Scratches
• Rock chips
• Paint defects
• Failing clear coat
• Oxidized trim
• Prior repair work
• Loose or fragile components
Services may reveal previously hidden damage or defects due to the nature of cleaning and correction processes.
Paint Correction Services
Paint correction services are designed to improve the clarity and condition of painted surfaces by reducing visible defects.
Complete defect removal cannot be guaranteed in all cases. Certain scratches, etching, or defects may be too deep to safely remove.
Paint correction is performed within safe polishing limits to protect vehicle finishes.
Future scratches and defects may occur due to normal wear, improper washing methods, environmental exposure, or automated car washes.
Ceramic Coating Services
Ceramic coatings provide protective benefits and improved gloss but do not prevent rock chips, scratches, dents, or physical damage.
Coating longevity depends on proper maintenance and care.
Ceramic coating installation is warranted only when proper maintenance guidelines are followed.
Use of automatic car washes, improper washing methods, or neglect of recommended maintenance may void warranty coverage.
Maintenance services performed by SS Autowerks may be required to maintain warranty eligibility depending on the service package selected.
Interior Services Disclaimer
Interior cleaning services may involve the use of moisture, steam, and cleaning solutions.
While reasonable care is taken, SS Autowerks is not responsible for damage to pre-existing weak materials, electronics, wiring, or interior components that may fail due to age or prior condition.
Marine, Powersports, And Specialty Vehicles
Services may be performed on marine vessels, jet skis, motorcycles, and specialty vehicles.
Due to varying materials and surface conditions, results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply depending on complexity, size, or condition.
Weather Conditions
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions including rain, high winds, or extreme temperatures.
Weather-related rescheduling will be prioritized whenever possible. Refunds due to weather cancellations will be considered only when rescheduling is not feasible.
Overnight Vehicle Storage
Vehicles requiring extended service time may be kept overnight. When vehicles remain in our care, they may be stored within a gated property and secured location, including garage storage when space allows. While reasonable care is taken to protect vehicles, SS Autowerks is not responsible for damage caused by external factors beyond our control.
Photo And Media Authorization
Photos may be taken before, during, and after services to document vehicle condition and verify service completion.
These photos may be used for internal documentation, quality control, and marketing purposes unless the client requests otherwise prior to service. Personal identifying information will not be intentionally displayed without consent.
Refusal Of Service
SS Autowerks reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe, unreasonable, or outside the scope of normal service operations.
Future service requests may be declined due to repeated cancellations, unsafe conditions, or failure to comply with these terms.
Limitation Of Liability
SS Autowerks is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, normal wear, manufacturer defects, or environmental exposure. Liability is limited to the value of the services performed.
Agreement To Terms
By scheduling or receiving services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
